BEFORE STARTING:

Download, study, understand and follow all instructions before operating the Tire Lift Caddy (TLC).


Review and follow your Vehicle's Operations Manual for Tire & Wheel Removal and Installation Instructions.

STEPS TO REMOVE TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY

Position the Tire Lift Caddy (TLC) near the Tire & Wheel Assembly to be removed.

STEP 2

Adjust the TLC so the Guide Pins are at the lowest point.

STEP 3

Roll the TLC under the Tire & Wheel Assembly to be removed.  Raise the TLC's Tire Rollers with a 3/4" (19mm) socket using either a battery powered drill (low speed), socket wrench or by hand.  Raise the Rollers until they come in contact with the tire while ensuring the TLC is centered underneath.  [DO NOT lower vehicle so tire contacts TLC]

Note the location of the TLC Guide Pin for quick installation of the new tire.

With TLC positioned securely under the tire, remove the Lug Nuts on the Tire & Wheel [Follow Vehicle's Operation Manual Instructions]

Roll TLC away from the Vehicle with Tire & Wheel on it;  maintain a steady grip and control over the Tire & Wheel when moving the TLC.

Lock the Caster Brakes;  lower the TLC's Rollers so the Guide Pins are in the lowest position with a 3/4" (19mm) socket using either a battery powered drill (low speed), socket wrench or by hand;  roll Tire & Wheel down the Tire Ramp

DO NOT over rotate the Lift Nut in either direction.  Stop rotation when Guide Pin is at the highest or lowest point.

STEPS TO INSTALL TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY

Adjust the TLC so the Guide Pin is at the

lowest point.

Lock Brake on Casters; Roll Tire & Wheel

onto TLC using Tire Ramp.

Unlock Caster Brakes; Roll TLC to the Vehicle

with Tire & Wheel on it; maintain a steady

grip and control over the Tire & Wheel

when moving the TLC.

Raise TLC Tire Rollers with a 3/4” (19mm)

socket using either a battery powered drill

(low speed), socket wrench or by hand.

Position Tire & Wheel with the Vehicles’

Studs; may need to adjust the TLC height by

hand using the TLC tire handle; Rotate the

Tire & Wheel on the Tire Rollers to line-up

with the Studs.

Install the Lug Nuts to secure the Tire &

Wheel [Following Vehicle’s Operation

Manual Instructions]

Roll TLC away from Vehicle; Lower Vehicle

and finish Tightening Lug Nuts [following

Vehicle’s Operation Manual Instructions.]
