Tire Lift Caddy - Warranty

Subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, Tire Lift Caddy ("the Product") is warranted by Marastar LLC to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

During the Warranty Period, Marastar LLC will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace, without charge, any defective parts or components of the Product. This warranty applies only to defects arising from normal use of the Product and does not cover damage resulting from:

1. Accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
2. Modification, alteration, or repair by unauthorized persons.
3. Improper installation or maintenance.
4. Use of the Product for purposes other than those for which it was designed.

To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must:

1. Contact Marastar LLC Customer Service Department at customerservice@marathonind.com
2. Provide proof of purchase, including the date and location of purchase, along with a description of the defect.
3. Return the defective Product, postage prepaid, to the address specified by Marastar LLC if requested.  

To the extent permitted by law, Marastar LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, or from any breach of warranty or condition. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Middle District of Tennessee, located in Williamson County. 

This warranty is effective as of Date of Manufacture. This date can be found on a label on the Product.

Marastar LLC reserves the right to revise this warranty without notice.
